Or turn it into a party! Invite some friends over, choose a great menu and I will teach you how to make it simply delicious. Are you the parent of a future chef? Build their confidence and skills with a hands on cooking class via zoom! Each week we will take on a new, delicious recipe, from black bean brownies to banana ice cream and everything in-between! All treats will be yummy and have a healthy twist! Families will be sent a prep sheet, ingredients list and a Zoom link for class.       <image:caption>My clients are busy, motivated individuals who want education and guidance on fitting proper nutrition into a frantic life! I become your partner in creating a nutrition program that works just for you. I'm also a mom of two so I have first-hand experience of making healthy eating for kids fun and accessible.  I have worked with leading wellness companies including Exhale Mind Body Spa, the Reebok Sports Club/NY, The Bar Method and SLT, have been a regular contributor to several popular magazines and websites and have lectured on healthy eating behaviors throughout the Tri-State area. I hold a B.S in Nutritional Sciences with a concentration in Dietetics from Cornell University and a Masters Degree in Applied Anatomy and Physiology from Boston University.  I have been an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the New Jersey Dietetic Association, and various Dietetic Practice Groups including Nutrition Entrepreneurs, Sports Cardiovascular &amp; Wellness Nutrition and Weight Management for over 20 years.
