I am so happy about my progress and appreciate all of Hillary’s advice and support! She is a caring, supportive, motivating, nutrition expert. Hillary is a good listener. She listens when I talk about my food dilemmas and she gives me helpful suggestions about how to make healthier choices in my daily life. She also customizes the food plan for each person’s short-term and long-term goals, taking into account their daily life schedule and food preferences. She is very knowledgeable about nutrition and she has helped keep me focused on my goals and guided me towards making healthier choices. Hillary has helped me tremendously in my weight loss journey.
I have lost 50 lbs. and everyone I know has commented about how thin I look and asked me how I did it. My clothes are way too big on me now, and I am excited to go shopping and buy a much smaller size. I am really happy about my weight loss! I am grateful to Hillary for teaching me about nutrition and giving me food tips that I can use forever.
